Announces Enhancements to the Model 102F
Portable Spectrometer

Designs and Prototypes, LTD announced in February 2004
the availability of an enhanced version of the
field proven Model 102F portable FTIR spectrometer
through the addition of USB and ethernet connectivity.
The Model 102F is a hand portable, remote sensing
FTIR spectrometer that features a lightweight,
thermally stabilized interferometer with a high
sensitivity detector and embedded Pentium®
PC. Able to run off a small battery for up to four
hours, this is the ideal instrument for challenging
remote sensing measurments where light weight and
portability allow you to "Take It There"™.
"With the addition of USB and ethernet ports, the
Model 102F allows our users to quickly and easily
off-load data files collected during a long day in
